Good morning!
Today’s activity is a questionnaire about
healthy habits. Children can go around the school asking some questions about
this topic (they can ask teachers and friends, but always in English), and
writing down the answers in a table like this: Table
They have to ask to five different
people at least.
In class we will share our results
and talk about how people could enjoy good health. They will have 10 compulsory
questions to ask, but they are free to add as many as they want (they have to
add 3 more questions at least). The compulsory questions would be:
1-
Name
and age
2-
How
often do you exercise?
3-
How
many glasses of water a day do you drink?
4-
Do you
have breakfast every day?
5-
What’s
your favorite food?
6-
How
often do you have sugary food?
7-
How
many times a day do you eat fruit?
8-

They are practicing Speaking with
each other, Listening to understand the answers and Writing to think of the
questions and write down the answers. This is just an example, they can do questionnaires
about a lot of different topics, and it’s very easy to prepare, using Word or
another program to provide them with a table they can print to write down the
answers. But this is just a draft. When they are finished asking questions,
they have to write the results in the computer.
I hope you liked it! See you!
